Can anyone take this course?

No, this training isn’t available to everyone. That’s why you won’t find a “buy now” button anywhere on this page. This is to ensure that no one wastes their time or money on a course that they will not benefit from. Who is your typical student?

There is no typical student. People from all walks of life have found incredible value in the PropDev. You don’t have to be a property developer to benefit, but it is helpful if you have some experience in property. For example, you might be a builder, surveyor, architect, or anyone who is involved in property.

Will I take the course alone or with a group?

Most people take the course alone to make the most of the 1‑2‑1 support, while others will choose to learn alongside a business partner or friend. If you choose to train with a small group, we limit this to 2 people to ensure that everyone can make the most of the time.

What if I have questions after the course?

After the course, you will have weekly check‑ins with Jerome to ask follow‑up questions and discuss your progress. Ongoing mentorship ensures that you can put everything you have learned into practice. The training also includes, in-person deal clinics with Jerome.

Do I need any qualifications to start this course?

No, you don’t need any formal qualifications. However, since the course is taught in English, you will need a good level of English language comprehension to be able to make the most of the course materials.

Is property development a good career move?

It can be if you have the right instincts, mindset, and training. It certainly isn’t an easy career path, and you will have to make lots of high-pressure, high-stakes decisions if you are going to succeed. The PropDev and ongoing support will put you in the best possible position to succeed.

Can I ask for advice on potential developments during the course?

Absolutely! If you’re in the early stages of negotiating a deal for a site, we encourage you to ask questions about how to move forward. This can be a great way to learn, as you can apply it to a real-world example.

Can I take the course remotely?

The course is offered in person in London or Manchester. In‑person training is preferred as there are fewer distractions and it allows you to become fully immersed in the world of property development.

Will I have access to the course materials and templates?

Upon completion of the training, you will be provided with the exclusive “PropDev Mastermind” resources.

What ongoing support is available?

Depending on the course you go for, there are enhanced benefits, including in person deal clinics, further ongoing mentoring and much more.

Every course is taught by Jerome Roith, a property development expert with over 25 years of experience in the sector. Jerome has delivered numerous developments across the UK, including office to residential and new build housing with a GDV in excess of £50m.

A natural leader, Jerome is passionate about sharing his knowledge with those who have the spark to succeed. Through in-person training and ongoing mentorship, Jerome is helping to train the next generation of property developers.

Jerome is also an advocate for prioritising good mental health and practises meditation daily. Alongside the practical skills, you will need to learn to kick start your first development, Jerome also teaches mental resilience and mindset.
